Bank Support Worker

We operate a 24-hour support service with waking nights, 7 days a week. As a Bank Support Worker you will work days, nights, evenings, and weekends to ensure a smooth-running service for our accommodation. The service is small; you will work alone, be hands‑on and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support young parents to look after the health and development of themselves and their babies.
• Work positively with other professionals and agencies.
• Provide excellent customer service, working with the young parents in a strengths‑based way to support them to achieve their goals.
• Help support parents to move into their own independent tenancies.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or similar qualification, or equivalent education or work experience is essential.

Shift Timing

Days: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm & 2:30 pm – 10:00 pm. Nights: 9:30 pm – 8:00 am.

Location

Based in Blackburn.
