Pay: £13.00 per hour, rising to £13.50 after trial period
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 06:00-16:30 (4 x 10‑hour shifts)

Hunters 4 Staff are working with a well‑established specialist in train seat refurbishment, and they’re looking to add a reliable, hands‑on Production Operative to their team in Ecclesfield. This is a practical role where you’ll learn new skills, work as part of a close‑knit team, and occasionally visit customer sites, representing the business in a professional way.
What you’ll be doing
- Stripping down train seats ready for refurbishment
- Replacing foam and assisting with upholstery work (full training provided)
- Helping remove and reinstall refurbished seating at customer sites
- Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised
- Representing the company professionally when working on‑site
- Following company policies, including a zero‑tolerance drugs & alcohol policy
What we’re looking for
- Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet during the shift
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly or similar hands‑on work
- Confident, polite and professional when dealing with customers
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
- Smart appearance when working off site
