As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section while working closely with the wider team to deliver consistent, high-quality food.
This is a great opportunity if you:
- Are an experienced CDP looking for stability
- Or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up and develop
What you’ll be doing
- Running your own section during service
- Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a high standard
- Supporting the wider kitchen team with daily operations
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
- Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
