Volunteer Network & Community Wellbeing Lead

RSABI is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to lead the recruitment, management, and support of its nationwide volunteer network. This role involves working with a diverse group of volunteers and ensuring they receive training and support.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about community engagement, wellbeing, and the agricultural sector in Scotland. Responsibilities include coordinating RSABI’s Plough On initiative to connect older members of the farming community.
