Social Worker (Learning Disabilities) – Hybrid, Cardiff

Hoop Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Adults Social Worker to join Cardiff’s Adults with Learning Disabilities Team. This full-time role offers up to £35 per hour and is available due to an existing agency worker relocating, ensuring a smooth handover into a well-established caseload.

You will work with adults, promoting independence and wellbeing, while developing care plans and delivering strengths-based interventions. The role is currently hybrid, with office presence expected in Cardiff.

Qualifications include relevant Social Work registration and strong assessment skills. Enjoy dedicated consultant support and access to free training and CPD sessions.
