Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Work effectively with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth service.
  • Support junior kitchen staff with training and supervision.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
  • Contribute to menu development and specials as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous culinary experience.
  • Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends.
