HLTA Cambridge: Lead Learning & SEN Interventions

Randstad Education is seeking an HLTA for a full-time permanent position in Cambridge, starting September 2026. The successful candidate will provide whole-class supervision during teacher absence and lead targeted intervention groups.

Qualifications required include HLTA Status or equivalent Level 4+ qualification, with SEN experience preferred. Candidates must also be committed to inclusive education and able to manage challenging behaviours.
