About the role
Your day-to-day will include:
- Keeping product and order information up to date across systems.
- Maintaining the orderbook, including updating intake dates and processing rebuys or cancellations.
- Working with our Operations teams to progress inbound stock and support on-time deliveries.
- Running regular reports and supporting the category team with admin and performance data.
- Resolving stock queries, such as discrepancies in deliveries, quantities, colours, or product setup.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the team organised, informed, and ready to make great commercial decisions.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication and great relationship‑building skills.
- Confidence working with data and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
