Technical Apprentice

Sepura Apprenticeship Programme – Launching September 2026. Apprentices will gain practical experience across multiple departments and study toward a Level 4 qualification in Engineering Manufacturing at Cambridge Regional College.

Day To Day

• Mechanical testing, gaining insight into mechanical test systems and instrumentation
• Quality management and internal auditing, maintaining high standards and continuous improvement
• Working in a Customer Support team and a Development environment
• Learning about Product Management, broadening understanding of the product lifecycle

You will build professional relationships with colleagues and clients, key to thriving in our environment.

Qualifications

5 GCSEs, including English Language and Maths (grade 4 or above).

Experience and Skills Needed

• Strong communication abilities and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Attention to detail, time‑keeping and organisational skills
• Ability to work to a high standard with and without direct supervision
• Enthusiasm and resilience to stay motivated and overcome challenges in a dynamic environment
