We are now looking for a passionate and personable Sales Executive to join our team in Biggleswade.
This is not a high-pressure sales environment. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys golf, enjoys speaking to people and can guide customers through the buying journey in a consultative and professional manner.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will act as a golf equipment specialist, helping customers choose the right clubs, apparel and accessories for their game.
You will spend time with customers on the shop floor, understand their needs, walk them through products and fittings, and deliver an outstanding retail experience from start to finish.
This role would suit someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for golf
- Enjoys building relationships with customers
- Understands golf equipment and brands
- Prefers consultative selling rather than aggressive sales tactics
- Takes pride in providing excellent customer service
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in-store
- Provide expert advice on golf equipment, apparel and accessories
- Guide customers through fittings and product selections
- Build rapport and long-term customer relationships
- Maintain high standards across the showroom and retail environment
- Support stock management and merchandising
- Stay up to date with new products and golf technology
- Deliver a premium customer experience at all times
Requirements
- Passion for golf is essential
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional and approachable manner
- Ability to build trust with customers
- Good understanding of golf equipment and brands preferred
- Team player with a positive attitude
