Retail Sales Assistant – Vero Moda Buttercrane
Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited is currently seeking a fully flexible Retail Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Vero Moda store in Buttercrane. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer‑focused individual who is passionate about retail and delivering an excellent in‑store experience. This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive and fast‑paced team environment. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate full flexibility, including availability for weekday and weekend shifts in line with business needs.
Job Description (PART TIME, Fully Flexible)
- This role is a customer service based role – the main objective is to provide exceptional service at all times
- Greeting customers who enter the shop
- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
- Answering queries from customers
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Balancing cash registers with receipts
- Dealing with customer refunds
- Keeping the store tidy and clean, including hovering and mopping
- Interest in social media channels
- Responsible dealing with customer complaints
- Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
Personal Skills Required

- Be comfortable working with members of the public
- Have a confident manner
- Be helpful and polite
- Able to work as part of a sales team
- Should have a smart appearance and articulate manner
