Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Derby | Hybrid Working

At Your Shortlist Original, you would be responsible for creating new business opportunities for clients by identifying, calling, and booking meetings with senior decision‑makers through professional B2B outreach campaigns. We don’t believe great SDRs are script‑readers. What You’ll Be Doing

  • working with rich and detailed data
  • building relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • creating high‑quality meetings with senior decision‑makers
  • delivering consultative B2B outreach campaigns on behalf of global tech brands
  • understanding client propositions and articulating value clearly
  • managing outreach activity across calls, email and LinkedIn
  • maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
  • working collaboratively with campaign managers and clients
  • contributing ideas, messaging approaches, and campaign improvements

Essential Qualifications

  • previous B2B sales, SDR, lead generation or outbound experience
  • strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
  • self‑motivated with strong personal accountability
  • comfortable working in a target‑driven environment
  • positive, resilient, and adaptable mindset

Ideal (But Not Essential)

  • experience within tech, SaaS, or marketing environments
  • ABM or campaign‑based sales experience
  • CRM experience
  • experience booking appointments for senior sales teams
