YOUR NEXT ROLE
Retail Artist – Jarrolds, Norwich. 22.5 hours over three days per week. Hourly rate: £13.06. Bring high‑style, forward‑thinking beauty to customers on the counter and deliver a personalised, engaging experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct one‑to‑one sessions and events to teach customers NARS techniques and product usage.
- Use artistry skills and product expertise to create memorable, confidence‑boosting experiences.
- Build strong connections with customers through the brand history and high‑performance formulas.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, delivering sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Represent NARS as a beauty influencer, influencing how clients feel about themselves.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Make‑up artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
