Key Responsibilities
- You will be the face of Ibis Edinburgh Centre South Bridge, extending a warm welcome to guests and putting their wellbeing at the heart of everything you do, delivering a personal touch to their stay.
- Ensure a wonderful guest experience.
- Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check‑in, check‑out and throughout their stay.
- Ensure that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
- Handle all calls promptly and professionally.
- Document accurately all internal and guest messages.
- Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
- Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with OPERA cloud will be valued.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong customer service skills.
