Counterbalance Forklift & Warehouse Operative – Temporary Role
Location: Coatbridge
Working pattern: Monday to Friday
Start time: From 06:00am
Pay rate: £14.00 per hour
Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift & Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client.
This is a temporary position with immediate starts available.
The Role
You will be working within a busy recycling environment, supporting the handling and distribution of used cooking oil products. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles, including oil drums
- Moving stock within the warehouse and yard areas
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Valid external Counterbalance Forklift licence (in‑house tickets are not accepted)
- Previous warehouse and FLT experience
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- Due to the client’s location, own transport is essential
