Façade Operative (Cradle / BMU)

We are recruiting for multiple Façade Operatives to join a long‑term restoration project on a high‑rise commercial building. Working as part of a professional team, you will be involved in specialist external cleaning and restoration works.

This role is ideally suited to a reliable and hard‑working operative looking to secure consistent work on a long‑term London contract.

Responsibilities

• Restoration cleaning of external façade and cladding surfaces
• Cleaning and restoration of aluminium façade systems
• Removal of environmental contamination and staining
• Surface preparation of aluminium cladding and window systems

Qualifications

• Previous cradle / BMU experience (preferred)
• Valid CSCS card
• IPAF (beneficial)
• Working at height experience (preferred)
• SAEMA certification (beneficial)
• Clear understanding of English language
• Comfortable working at significant height
