About The Role
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 8am until 10am at Solartron Retail Park and then every Sunday 13:00-19:00 at Blackwater Shopping Park, GU14 8BL.
We are looking for an external cleaning operative to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for cleaning the areas provided whilst also ensuring the safety and security of our customers, retailers and staff.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring the shopping centre is maintained at a high level of cleanliness at all times
- Advising and assisting retailers where necessary, providing customer service
- Daily general cleaning of the site, involving the use of different cleaning machinery
- Ensuring all daily tasks have been completed within deadline requirements.
- Responsible for using pressure washing equipment, push along and ride on sweepers.
Ideal Candidate Criteria
- Cleaning experience is essential for this role
- Knowledge of health and safety is preferred
- Ability to communicate with customers whilst providing excellent customer service at all times
- Able to commit to the shift patterns as stated above
- Confidence within independent working.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
