Our stores are the core touchpoint with the consumer. The Sales Associate is key to delivering exceptional service, embodying the brand’s values, and driving store performance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Authorize discounts and resolve customer queries as the first point of contact.
- Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Provide outfit building and product recommendations.
- Assess customer needs and provide information on product features.
- Drive store KPIs and suggest improvements.
- Maintain shop and stockroom presentation and organization.
About You
- Previous track record in hospitality or retail.
- Effective communicator who collaborates to win.
- Inspires trust and celebrates contributions of others.
- Adapts quickly to change.
- Demonstrates a clear presence on the shop floor.
- Takes ownership and makes informed decisions for in‑store solutions.
