Due to continued business growth and increasing customer demand, we are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Press Brake Operator to join our expanding production team.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in the fabrication of precision-engineered components by operating and setting CNC press brake machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC press brakes in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications
- Fabricate high-quality components using standard punches and dies
- Read and accurately interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Inspect finished parts using verniers, calipers, and other precision measuring equipment
- Make adjustments as required to ensure components meet specification
- Maintain machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements
- Support company quality objectives and ISO 9001:2015 standards
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Attributes
- Previous experience operating press brake machinery within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience using measuring equipment including verniers and calipers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production targets
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering high standards
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a manufacturing environment
