About you
- Qualified member of a recognised professional accounting body (e.g., ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial management, governance, and liaising with auditors
- Knowledge of public sector financial frameworks and regulations
- Available at short notice
What you’ll do
- Responsible for financial management throughout the organisation
- Management of transactional processes
- Oversee financial controls, risk management, and compliance with funding standards
- Manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure value for money
- Prepare annual accounts and liaise with auditors
- Support strategic financial planning and stakeholder engagement
