What the role involves

• Leading sales across Large Install, Small Works, Service Works, Balconies and future Aluminium/Curtain Wall divisions.
• Build a -month sales plan with clear monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Implement a defined sales process from enquiry to handover.
• Protect margin and elevate the company’s position with main contractors and suppliers.
• Generate new opportunities across Tier 1, Tier 2 and regional contractors.
• Maintain strong client relationships with a structured outreach plan.

Additional role context

• Drive pipeline growth, strengthen key client relationships.
• Ensure commercial discipline across all project types.
• This role removes dependency on senior leadership by creating a clear, structured and accountable sales operation.
