Role Description
We are seeking an organized, dedicated, and motivated Business Partner for a full-time on-site role based in Hanwood, Shrewsbury. The Business Partner will work closely with Edward to develop there gardening skills, manage site operation, and foster client relationships. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and managing team workflows. The role also involves ensuring quality service delivery for all landscaping and maintenance projects while maintaining the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and people management skills
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Solid understanding of landscaping, outdoor care, or service-based businesses
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices is a plus
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to physical outdoor conditions
