Site Manager

Hodgson Sayers Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a full-time, permanent PAYE position working across Nottingham and surrounding areas. We are looking for a reliable, professional candidate with strong construction knowledge and site management experience. Role Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Coordinating deliveries and materials on site
• Overseeing general construction activities
• Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
• Working closely with site teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

• SMSTS
• Valid CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desired Experience & Skills

• Experience in pitched roofing, construction, and renovation works
• Good understanding of construction industry standards and site procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working in varying weather conditions
• Additional construction-related qualifications are beneficial
