Area Security Manager – Incident Command & Team Lead

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking an experienced Manager based in Wales to oversee Team Leaders and operational staff across Wales & South England.

This role involves managing security incidents, creating procedures, and ensuring compliance with KPI’s. The ideal candidate should have previous line management experience, excellent communication skills, and hold a valid SIA Security Licence. The position is fixed term Monday to Friday with occasional weekend on-call duties.
