Clinical Lead Nurse — All Age Continuing Care Leader

The North East & North Cumbria ICB is seeking a Band 7 Clinical Lead Nurse for its All Age Continuing Care service. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day clinical leadership and specialist advice, lead complex case management, and support decision-making in a multidisciplinary environment.

Applicants should possess a degree at the master’s level and significant post-registration experience, preferably in NHS Continuing Care. A valid UK driving licence is also required. The role will involve engaging with partners and ensuring compliance with national policies.
