An established and highly regarded structural engineering consultancy based in Hemel Hempstead is looking to appoint a Senior Structural Engineer to support the continued growth of their team.
The consultancy works across a broad range of residential and commercial projects, offering engineers the opportunity to take ownership of schemes from concept through to completion within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- Leading structural design on residential and commercial projects
- Managing projects through all stages of design and delivery
- Liaising directly with clients, architects, and contractors
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers within the team
- Attending site visits and overseeing technical delivery
Experience and Qualifications
- Strong structural design experience across a range of building projects
- Experience working with materials such as steel, concrete, timber, and masonry
- Ability to manage projects independently and communicate effectively with clients
- Chartered status or working towards Chartership would be advantageous
