Interim Head of People & Culture — Drive Change & Culture

NHS is seeking an Interim Director of People & Culture in Oxford to lead the People function during a time of significant change. This role will focus on shaping the organisational strategy, culture, and improving services for local families.

The ideal candidate will have director level experience in HR and a strong background in employment law. Responsibilities include leading key organisational change and acting as a trusted adviser at the executive level. A hybrid working model is supported.
