Quality Assurance Test Lead

Qualifications

• Min 10 years of QA experience with minimum of 5 years into Test Automation (Selenium/Playwright using Java/typescript)
• Design and development of framework and test script using Playwright (at least 1 year Playwright/Copado automation exp)
• Good knowledge in AI (Used GitHub co-pilot or similar tool for test case generation and test automation)
• Understand client requirements and Provide QA estimation and co-ordinate offshore team

Detailed Job Description

• As an onsite QA Lead, he/she need to work closely with Client Business and project team in understanding application requirements and QA requirements
• Estimate the amount of work, plan it and complete it with the help of offshore team available
• Discuss with client technical team in automation initiatives
• Need to implement AI initiatives across QA lifecycle with the help of client available tool set
• Have good understanding of Salesforce application
• Guide/mentor offshore team
• Sent daily/weekly/monthly status report to client
• Highlight any risk, challenges with mitigation plan
• Assist offshore team in test automation and implement AI use cases
• Experience or knowledge in Copado tool or Playwright automation is preferable
