Contract Opportunity | Hybrid – London | Financial Services Consultancy

We are currently seeking an experienced PMO / Analyst to join a high-profile transformation programme within a leading financial services environment.

This role will support a critical workstream focused on Third-Party Risk Management, with a particular emphasis on rolling out comms and training capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide PMO and analyst support across Data and Tooling initiatives within the workstream.
  • Support the definition, documentation, and translation of business and technical requirements into structured solution deliverables.
  • Coordinate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and working sessions relating to tooling and data initiatives.
  • Track actions, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across the programme.
  • Support the development and documentation of automation and AI-enabled use cases.
  • Produce and maintain key programme artefacts including:
  • Process flows and workflow maps
  • RAID logs
  • Governance reporting
  • Stakeholder updates and presentations
  • Action trackers and delivery plans
  • Support continuous improvement and simplification initiatives across operational and technology processes.
  • Ensure deliverables are clearly documented, organised, and aligned to programme objectives and governance standards.

Required Experience

  • Strong experience in PMO, Business Analysis, or Programme Support roles
  • Experience working within transformation and/or technology programmes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience supporting tooling, data, or technology-focused initiatives
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured documentation
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience supporting governance, delivery tracking, and workshop coordination

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to or experience with workflow optimisation and process improvement
  • Six Sigma and/or Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Operational Resilience or Business Continuity programmes
