We’rein the market for aSenior Business Development Manager to join our commercial team,where you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the growth of our retail finance offering.We’relooking to grow in a sustainable way, with funding readily available to support that expansion, which is why we are looking for a high performerwitha proventrack recordof selling into retailers.

We love what we do, and ourcustomernet promoter scores and internal engagement results speak for themselves.We’researching for ateam playerwith theenergy andgravitas to influence anddrive acquisitionsacross a diverse range of retail sectors.

This is a home-based opportunity; therefore, we are flexible on your location.However, you willbe requiredto work from the London office at least once a week,and our Basingstoke office once every 4-6 weeks.

What we are looking for in you…

  • Demonstrated background in New Business generation and retailer acquisition(within a Retail Finance setting ispreferred).
  • Ability to communicate and influence at senior stakeholder levels both internally and externally.
  • Proven results delivery through teamwork and investments in relationships/partnerships.
  • A strong understanding of third-party risk management, the regulatory landscape and Consumer Duty.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to manage multiple KPIs simultaneously.
