Project Programme and Commercial Management
As a Graduate Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You’ll work across a variety of sectors, gaining exposure to diverse project management methodologies including those from the Project Management Institute (PMI), Association for Project Management (APM), and Office of Government Commerce (OGC).
This role is part of the Buildings portfolio, delivering construction solutions across public and private sectors. The focus is on commercially viable, technically sound outcomes that maximise social, economic and environmental value.
Candidate Specification
We are looking for curious, motivated graduates with the following background:
- Less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements)
- Bachelor’s degree obtained no earlier than 2024 or expected to be achieved by then
- Open to a range of degree disciplines, including Geography, Economics, Mathematics, Project Management, Construction Project Management, Business Studies, Management, and similar fields
Applicants should demonstrate genuine interest in the role and in joining Mott MacDonald by highlighting relevant experience or interests.
Graduates with the following strengths are encouraged to apply:

Some positions may require security clearance for UK British nationals or those who have lived in the UK for five years or more.

Currently no sponsorship is offered for Skilled Worker visa routes in the UK.
