Role Details
We are seeking a Student Casework Officer to provide day-to-day operational management in relation to student casework within our Registry team. You will maintain and provide timely and accurate information to support casework and provide practical suggestions for continuous improvement of processes. You will also contribute to the Registry’s knowledge base and share best practice within the University.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational management of student casework.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience providing high-level administrative support.
- Experience handling sensitive, confidential personal data.

- Strong interest in the student journey.
Working Conditions
