Student Safeguarding & Wellbeing Specialist

Heart of Worcestershire College is seeking a Wellbeing and Safeguarding Officer to join our Student Experience and Engagement department. The ideal candidate will be supportive, empathetic, and a great listener, with the ability to handle safeguarding concerns effectively.

This position is primarily located at our Worcester campus but may require travel to other campuses. The role includes maintaining safeguarding records, assisting with training updates, and promoting wellbeing support among students.
