Data Analyst

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools
• Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations
• Monitor KPIs and generate regular performance reports
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling where needed
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
• Automate recurring reports and data processes
• Collaborate with data engineers, business teams, and management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Understanding of statistics and data modeling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
