What You Will Do

  • Build and ship production‑grade AI features using LLMs and agentic workflows to automate complex risk engineering processes.
  • Lead on‑premise Docker‑based enterprise deployments and represent the engineering team in technical sessions with client IT and Infosec teams.
  • Establish the company’s technical foundation, engineering culture, and development processes to 10x output as the team scales.

The ideal candidate

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python (Flask/Django) and modern TypeScript/React ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of shipping products from scratch and a background in high‑level research or higher education (BSc/MSc/PhD).
  • Highly productive with AI development tools and comfortable operating at the intersection of engineering, infrastructure, and customer delivery.
