Azure & M365 Service Architect — Go‑Live to BAU (Hybrid)

TXP is looking for an experienced Service Architect specializing in Azure & Microsoft 365 to oversee the operationalisation of a new managed service. This hybrid role based in Leeds requires owning service architecture and ensuring the service is ready for live operation.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in service design, a practical understanding of cloud services, and knowledge of ITIL v4. Responsibilities include designing support models and leading transition activities for the managed service.
