Hands-On Project Design Engineer

Tandem Personnel is seeking a Project Design Engineer based in Ipswich. This role is perfect for a proactive engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects and thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

You will produce 3D CAD models, manage projects, and support product development while delivering practical engineering solutions. This position offers a 37.5-hour work week, including half-day Fridays.
