Mountain Warehouse is scaling its digital and e-commerce capabilities, and our Web Development team is growing to support this. We are looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to take ownership of delivery within one of our web development teams.
This role is focused on web delivery in an agile environment, with exposure to emerging areas such as AI and automation. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of initiatives that enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency.
You’ll join a team of Delivery Managers and play a key role in shaping how we deliver value across the business.
The role
As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for the web development team.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, UX and senior stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively, pragmatically and at pace.
You will also build a strong understanding of the systems your team owns, how they integrate across the wider business, and how we can consider AI capabilities.
