ServiceNow Senior Developer
Location: Hybrid (West Yorkshire)
Salary: Up to £70,000 base
Type: Permanent
We’re working with a high-growth organisation in West Yorkshire that is investing heavily in its ServiceNow capabilities and technical teams. This opportunity allows you to join at an exciting point in their journey, make an impact, and help shape their future. With a growing client base of complex, enterprise organisations, you will be exposed to large-scale and meaningful projects while playing a key role in the continued evolution of their ServiceNow offering. This highly technical, hands‑on position will involve building, configuring, and developing solutions within ServiceNow from day one, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and contributing to real business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Hands‑on development across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM and SPM
- Designing, building and configuring workflows, integrations and bespoke solutions
- Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Supporting and resolving technical queries and platform issues
- Playing a key role in shaping best practice and technical direction
Requirements / Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer
- Strong background in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM and SPM
- Solid technical capability across configuration, scripting and integrations
- Strong JavaScript / Glide API experience
- ServiceNow CSA (essential) + at least two CIS certifications
