Senior – Private Capital Transactions, International Tax
The FTTA team at EY is unique in having all transaction specialists in one place, including Private Equity, Portfolio, Restructuring, and Fund/Management structuring specialists. This mix provides a natural hedge against market turbulence and allows flexibility to focus on different areas of the M&A landscape.
Opportunity
In this dynamic and fast‑moving environment, you will gain wide‑ranging experience across core transaction areas—corporate deals, private equity, infrastructure, clean‑tech, distressed debt, turnaround transactions, and restructuring.
As a deal adviser, you will also develop UK tax technical expertise, a commercial understanding of what matters to clients, and exposure to cross‑border work and international structuring techniques.
Your key responsibilities
You will contribute to the efficient and successful delivery of tax services, build and maintain client relationships, proactively win new work, and ensure technical excellence with a practical/business‑focused approach.

- ACA/ATT/CTA, international equivalent, or a law qualification
