Following a recent funding round, the business is expanding its engineering team and looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The Role
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to build scalable, cloud‑native applications that power sophisticated investment workflows and infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, building, and maintaining backend services using Java
- Developing scalable applications and services within AWS
- Collaborating with engineers and product teams to deliver high‑quality solutions
- Contributing to technical discussions, architecture, and best practices
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code
- Supporting the reliability, scalability, and performance of the platform
- Learning from and contributing to a supportive engineering culture
What They’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of software engineering experience
- Experience with Java development
- Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, or distributed systems
- A thoughtful and collaborative approach to problem solving
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing as an engineer
- Strong communication skills and a positive team mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with Spring Boot
- Exposure to Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Interest in fintech or investment technology
