We’re working with a scaling organisation seeking a technology professional to support their commercial teams through better systems, data, and insight.
This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, systems, and analytics, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both technical and commercial work.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as a systems partner to the revenue/sales function
- Support and optimise CRM (Salesforce) and ERP integrations
- Improve how sales teams use systems and manage data
- Build and maintain revenue dashboards, reporting and KPIs
- Analyse trends to support commercial decision-making
- Ensure documentation, processes, and data flows are well managed
What we’re looking for
- Experience with Salesforce (preferred) and/or ERP systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI etc.)
- Understanding of sales operations or revenue processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Curious, proactive mindset with attention to detail
