What You Will Do

• Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts and financial statements while leading the end‑to‑end annual audit process.

• Maintain robust financial controls and oversight of cash flow to ensure stability during rapid international scaling.

The ideal candidate

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, or equivalent with at least 2 years of post‑qualification experience in an operational finance role.




• Strong technical proficiency in UK accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) with a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset for a lean team.




• Excellent communicator capable of translating complex financial data for non‑finance stakeholders and senior leadership.
