Senior Planning and Assurance Analyst – SPPU Directorate
This position supports statutory assurance and league table submissions and analysis. Key responsibilities include analysing and validating statutory returns, optimising and submitting league table data, automating processes, collaborating with the SPPU team, and producing dashboards on the university’s Tableau platform.
Qualifications and Experience
- Good knowledge of statutory Higher Education returns and their use for compliance and reputation.
- Highly numerate with experience analysing diverse data sets (student, staff, financial).
- Experience using technological platforms and systems to manipulate and analyse large, complex datasets.
- Knowledge of designing and creating data visualisations and dashboards.
Selection Process
The process will involve an interview and an assessment of data analysis skills using Excel.
