We’re looking for a technically sharp, hands‑on MarTech Optimisation Manager to help us get the very best from our marketing technology stack. You’ll make sure our campaigns are seamlessly connected from a data and technical perspective — so we can track, measure and optimise performance across every channel.
If you’re someone who understands how the plumbing behind great marketing influences its performance — from tagging and cookies to deep links and data flows — and you love turning that knowledge into measurable impact, then this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
- Own the business requirements for integration and configuration of our marketing technologies across the operational and technology stack, to ensure optimised business processes and performance.
- Make sure every campaign is correctly tagged, tracked and connected — from click to conversion and beyond.
- Partner with our architecture and engineering teams to define demands on new and existing technologies, and how they should be implemented to meet our business goals.
- Work closely with data and tech teams to define tracking requirements, event schemas and attribution frameworks.
- Support CRM and acquisition teams with set‑up of journeys, deep links and automation triggers.
- Troubleshoot tracking, tagging and data capture issues, getting to the root cause and fixing them fast.
- Establish clear governance around naming conventions, tagging standards and documentation.
- Continuously look for ways to optimise our stack, improve performance insight and drive better return on investment.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing operations, martech or digital marketing, ideally in a performance‑focused environment.
- Hands‑on experience with tools such as Braze, Tealium, Branch or Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of cookies, tagging, event‑based tracking and attribution frameworks.
- Practical experience raising tracking requirements, implementing tags and validating data flows.
- Confidence working with data, engineering and analytics teams to solve technical challenges.
- A performance mindset — always looking at how tracking, optimisation and data capture can drive better results.
