Senior Learning Experience Designer – London, UK (Hybrid 1-2 days in office)
Possibl Search is delighted to be partnering with an international talent consulting firm renowned for its psychology‑led approach to talent, assessment, leadership and learning solutions. Working with globally recognised clients and senior stakeholder groups, they are now looking to hire a Senior Learning Experience Designer on a permanent basis.
This opportunity would suit a creative, curious and forward‑thinking learning designer who loves crafting memorable learning experiences that genuinely drive behaviour change. You’ll design across a wide range of modalities including immersive learning, simulations, live virtual, in‑person and digitally enabled experiences, leveraging emerging technologies and innovative approaches to learning design.
You’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end learning journeys, creating highly contextualised experiences while also evolving existing content using the latest thought leadership, behavioural science and learning methodologies.
About you:
- At least 3 years of learning experience design
- Evidence of working across multiple learning formats – digital, blended and live
- Capable of partnering with clients, SMEs, consultants
- Ability to create engaging, visually impactful storyboards, slides or graphics
