What You Will Do
- Build and maintain end‑to‑end features across web and mobile using a modern stack including React, TypeScript, and TanStack Start.
- Develop AI‑powered features utilizing OpenAI, AI SDK, and Mastra to automate complex defense procurement and production workflows.
- Collaborate directly with commercial and product teams to translate frontline requirements into a high‑performance operating system for government contracts.
The ideal candidate
- 5–8 years of full‑stack engineering experience with a track record of shipping high‑quality products in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments.
- Expert‑level proficiency in TypeScript and React, with a strong instinct for performance, security, and exceptional user experience.
- Demonstrated ability to self‑organize and leverage modern AI development tools like Cursor or Copilot to accelerate delivery and solve complex problems.
