A great opportunity for a multi‑skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a FMCG manufacturing environment.
Working under the Engineering Manager, you’ll support the safe, reliable and compliant operation of production, packing and auxiliary equipment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on production, packing and site equipment
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults, completing repairs and adjustments to engineering standards
- Support equipment changeovers, set‑ups and commissioning activities to ensure efficient production start‑ups
- Maintain accurate engineering records, work orders and spare‑parts usage within the CMMS
- Collaborate with Production, Quality and Technical teams to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience as a multi‑skilled engineer within a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault‑finding skills, with familiarity in Root Cause Analysis
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals and engineering documentation
- Competent using CMMS systems, with strong communication skills and a proactive, reliable approach
