Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Supporting pipeline projects transition into PPP projects.
  • Leading other engineering and associated digital initiatives for embedding onto projects, with support of affiliated Services teams.
  • Working alongside Capability Leads / Subject Matter Experts and closely with the projects to provide support and direction in embedding and execution of owned initiatives.
  • Selecting and managing risk/reward choices with a focus on delivering maximum benefit to the project for acceptable costs and minimised, clearly managed risks.
  • Identifying the need for and actively providing support and guidance to fellow services team members on owned initiatives at all levels.
  • Ensuring accuracy, extent, and timing of own work plus compliance with PPP assurance procedures.
  • Leading and/or supporting via attendance of internal and external meetings (greater client, NDA, ONR) for project execution.
  • Instigating Learning from Experience / continuous improvement activities.
  • Experience in benefits realisation on projects and understanding challenges.
  • Engineering Management experience on major projects (multiple sectors advantageous).
  • Experience with digital project execution tools and data flows preferred.
  • Experience in collaborative business relationships.
