Air Conditioning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our expanding team covering Berkshire and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and installation work across commercial and residential sites.

The Role

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems
• Installing split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
• Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Providing excellent customer service on site
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to industry standards
• Accurately completing job reports and paperwork

Requirements

• Previous experience in air conditioning engineering
• F-Gas certification
• Experience with commercial and domestic AC systems
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable but not essential

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• IPAF or PASMA certification
• Experience with ventilation systems
